Question Intermittent Instrument Panel Fuse Blowing

G'day, I'm new to the forum, I have an Australian delivered 1983 380SEC. It has had some temperature-related problems, mostly solved, but this one beats me. The instrument panel fuse (25ampere) has blown repeatedly when the car was started, but only in hot weather, like above 35C, thats in the nineties for those in Fahrenheit land. It did not do it every time, but one hot day I went through five fuses and the sixth lasted. (Radio on/off seemed to make no difference.)

When the weather cools down, the fuse does not blow.

Last year I replaced the turn signal relay via the instrument opening and in the following hot weather I had no problems with the fuse blowing - did I disturb something and fix it accidentally?

Anyone else seen the same thing? If you had it fixed, what was the fix?
