300 SEL Motor Missing

I had the head machined 3000 miles ago and now I have a miss. Pulled plugs and all were oily. Shop that worked on head is now out of business. THe oily plugs seems like valve guides, right? If so, I will have to pull the head myself and bring it to a machine shop. What should I have them check and do?
I replaced the plugs and air filter and put in an injector cleaner. Ran great for about an hour. Plugs are oily again.

Thank you

Fouled Plugs

I would advise you to have a cylinder compression and leak down test. This would give you data to take a better decision on a repair. You don't want to pull the head again and find that you have a bottom end problem.
