85 500SEC
What does to wheel in the middle of the shift plate do?
I bought an 85 500 SEC and have figured out most of the functionality of the controls but the wheel with arrows on it in middle of the wooden shift plate (between the electric window control switches) is a mystery. Anybody know what this does?

Mecedes-Benz 500SE 1989
In my 1989 500 SE it is a fader switch, but only on the rear speakers.
