looking to add LSD on my 380SE what models carry this option... thanks

560 models have it, but the 500 may also.

The problem is that the gearing is wrong on a 560 diff. Also, a 380 would not benefit much if at all from an LSD.

Probably not, unless you are running a tuned euro engine. The 380 has a 2.24 diff ratio, the same as the 500, to accomodate for the low redline. The 560 has a 2.46 differential.

I have actually considered switching to a 2.24 on my 560 if I can find one with LSD.

I also run a 380se. They just don't have enough power to justify a LSD as I can't even get the tires to slip now unless I am on dirt .

nice... i guess i'll be keeping an eye out for the 500 differential then... pricing would be the deciding factor... thank you for the info

yeah i know what you mean... thought of installing an lsd would at least give me more traction in the dirt or rain
