Hello gents, new here. I know squat about MB's. My boss has a '83 500 SEL with 65,000 miles for sale. Been off the road since 2001. looks new to me. What's a good offer and what should I look out for? It was imported new from Germany by his son. Most of the controls / buttons are in German.

My father bought a '83 500 SE with 80,000 miles for 3,500 euros 3 years ago and it was also pretty cool! Nowdays it'll cost abot 2,500 euros.
