**FUEL PUMP RELAY GETTING "HOT"**

87 560 sel ! new fuel pumps >both > amp draw @20 car runs fine if i jump the relay to the pumps ! but new relays only last bout 2 minutes then burn out ! very hot to the touch in less then a minute ! ! the Kick down button under the gas pedal was stuck down can that cause a hot relay ? im lost and cant keep throwing relays at this thing ! is there anything else that can cause this other then fuel pumps ? sick of changing them also and no help anyways ! thanks tony
