Interesting car...that I came across on eBay Germany..

On the plus side:
1) Low low mileage, fabulous condition
2) Love the color (classic Benz, silver exterior, black leather interior)
3) W126!!! Timless classic forever.
4) I love the Euro digital dash gauge on the right where typically the tach and the economy meter reside on the US spec cars.
5) Euro 5L with 252hp..vs 218hp for the US smogged cars.

On the negative side:
1) Cabrio conversion looks aftermarket and botchy...
2) Borbet Type C wheels look so dated now! and to think I loved these back in the day..LOL
3) Kind of a orphan..?

Interesting observation:
1) Has the 560SEC air cleaner \ pan with the double snorkels but is a 500SEC which only has a single air snorkel..

What do you guys think?

Definately interesting, but that's about it. These are very difficult cars to sell when the time comes. Especially if it's only a fair conversion. Not to mention they are usually rattle traps with little structural rigidity.
