Air suspension build, 500 SEC

Started in January and finished it up tonight. 4 gallon tank, single compressor, AccuAir manifold, stainless steel hardlines, LOTS o fittings. Also had to build an exhaust for the car as it had only downpipes when I purchased it. Will be getting some 17"s in the near future, once the salt disappears from the roads. Ordering Konis soon.

Driving height is at 70-80 psi bag pressure which isn't horribly stiff considering. Car goes from aired out to max height in roughly a second. Absolutely no rubbing of the fenders when driving and ground clearance isn't half bad.

Day one:

Day two (cut springs):

Bags:

2.25" dual exhaust with cherry bombs.

Stainless steel air lines.

Tank and valve setup in the trunk.

I.C.E. and gauge monitor.

Aired out.

Driving height.

Front at max height.

Update in case anyone is interested.

Car is fully aired. A pic of the car sitting on the front bumpstops (before shortening them).

And after shortening the bumpstops.

And just for fun.
