560 SEL fuel pump relay bridged
Hello
I had trouble with my 1986 560SEL. It would start but then die right away after I release the key from the start position.
I bridged the fuel pump relay which is doing the job. The engine stays on all the time.
Now i bought a new "used" fuel pump relay but have the same trouble with it: Engine starts...and dies after a few seconds?
Do you think the second fuel pump relay is also bad? What could it be?
I should add that i only did the tests on battery power only, because my alternator needs to be changed as well.
Your help is appreciated.

Which relay is right?
Hi
My car had a 0035452405 relay in it. When I look it up online at different MB Part stores it tells me that 0035452505 should be right?
Anyone has an idea which one to use?
