Transmission problem or what?
Hi guys,
it seems as I discover a new problem in my 300SE every month.
The latest is like this.
I replaced my tranny three months ago.it is a used tranny from another w126. I enjoyed driving the car for a few days, it acted like a beast. The action I enjoyed most was that it used to drift a little while shifting from 1st gear to the second. As time has passed following problems arose
1. No drifting any more.
2. kick down works only from 4th to 3rd below 50 MPH no kickdown above that.
what could be the possible problems?
