1982 SEC
I have an opprotunity to buy a 1982 SEC with 141,000 actual miles.Dont know the engine size. Car is extremely well kept . Doesnt have any issues at the moment. I dont know anything about them . Just wanting to know if they are decent cars etc. Thanks

If it was built for the USA market, than it is most likely a 380SEC 3.8 litre motor. Ask if the timing chain had been upgraded to the dual chain vs. the single chain? Check the vin to determine USA or EURO MODEL 16 digits vs. 17 digits. A solid car if maintenance and chain upgrade were done. Not as fast as the 500SEC or 560SEC. Good Luck!
