I have replaced three Idle Control Units after find I did not have 12 volts at the Idle Speed Adjuster Solenoid, positive connection. This is pin #1 on the Idle Control Unit connection. The replacement I tried today did register 2.24 volts at the Adjuster positive connection, but not the 12 volts needed. I can not believe all three Idle Speed Control units are bad, there has to be something else. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I have also replaced the Fuel Relay (twice), new coil, cap, rotor, Electronic Ignition Module, Green heavy wire that runs from Ignition module to distributor. Car tries to start, but will not. Will run while spraying starting fluid in air intake.
