M117 lifter replacment
I have had the car for a year and only put 2 k on the clock. Since I bought it it has had a tap in the first cylinder passenger side( front cyl) I know it is a lifter issue because I can see galling on the lobe (thru the oil fill).
Above average mechanic hobbiest here. Can anyone tell me if this is pretty straight forward?
Also can the cam be polished?
