'91 420SEL died on the highway after running fine.
Hello everyone,
I have a '91 420 SEL that died on me on the highway and now refuses to start. I try to start it and it cranks and cranks and cranks but doesn't actually turn over.
Before hand here and there it wouldn't start immediately and would struggle a little. But it would happen at most once a week.
Yesterday as I was accelerating to merge onto the freeway it started hesitating all of a sudden, buckling wildly. I tried going WOT and nothing happened. No response. The next exit was near so I tried pulling off the highway as soon as I went for the exit the car lost all power and then refused to turn over.
I need help trying to figure out what caused this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
