Slipping / Shaking / Wiggling 722.4 Transmission

Slipping / Shaking / Wiggling 722.4 Transmission
I have a beloved 84 300sd with 195k on it.
The transmission was replaced before I bought it at roughly 140k, which is why its a 722.4 and not a 722.3
I have revamped all vacuum lines, checked for leaks, replaced vacuum modulator with the updated one. I replaced the fluid and filter last year. There is no sign of browning of the fluid currently.
All of a sudden the transmission has started upshifting slowing and shaking pretty bad on every up shift. Shaking is worst in lower gears, less worse on 3-4, but definitely noticeable. Downshifts are fine, reverse is fine. Doesn't slip out of gear at all.
I would normally think B2 piston but the car drives just fine when I floor it all the time except for this massive shaking. It does shift early I think. It's usually in 4th gear by 25mph.
Any thoughts? Is it the clutch plates? How long can I drive it like without doing any serious damage? I won't even have the $ to do the B2 replacement until next month. I haven't been driving it all which is kind of a bear cuz it was my daily driver.
