Seller wants $7k but I can't see myself paying more than $5,000... honestly it is in crazy condition. One owner with 91k on it...

Even at $7k is a lot, he wanted $13k. Very nice 1st gen w126. I was lucky when I pickup a w115 as a DD 18 years ago. Paid $2800. I did not have to spent very much to keep it Running.

I offered $5500 but he declined.

Not to mention it's a 1984 - back then the 500SEL was "black market". I'd prefer a legal one.
