Buy Volvo wiper blades Part # 81990020 off ebay aprox $7 for a pair delivered to your door and in plentiful supply.
Use a demel with cutting blade or small angle grinder with thin cutting blade (both easier than a hacksaw) to cut the metal bar to desired length for either an SEC or longer length for an SE/SEL
10 minute job and you done

The wipers at the dealer are like $60 if you just get them at the counter and install them yourself, which takes literally 30 seconds. Bosch will be like $50 anyways. I ran Bosch on my Lexus and OEM on my C63 (gotta have the little tri-point star on the wiper blades!)
