There are some newer wireless cameras llisted on Amazon. They also have bluetooth transmitters you can beam your music from your phone through an unused FM channel. I have 1 and play Pandora and you tube music all the time on 87.5FM.

1985 380SE
I have a Pioneer in the 1985 380SE with Bluetooth and Android Auto in the (1 DIN) space where the old radio sat. The screen automatically extends from the device and folds when in use, then retracts when the power is off. I've been told by a car stereo shop that fold-out displays aren't very reliable but this isn't a daily driver so it should be fine for my needs.
