Mechanic for mild restoration in California
Hi all.
Looking for a solid old school Mercedes mechanic to help get my 1989 560 SEC back on the road. I put the car in storage about 5 years ago, had some minor issues, rough idle, vibration under hard acceleration etc that just made the car not fun to drive, so parked until I can throw some money at it. Other car projects took over, but now I’m back and wanting to locate someone to help get this beautiful car back on the road... Ideally I’d like to find a retired Mercedes mechanic who is vastly familiar with these cars, or a small shop with the same knowledge. I’d prefer Northern California, but would consider towing it to SoCal for the right shop...
Anyone who can point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated...
