Auto Vox Dashcam install
Hi
I am looking at an Auto vox full time rear vision camera and dash cam install in a 1986 SEL 500.
The videos online show a pretty straight forward install, but two wires need to be piggy-backed into the fuse box. One a full time power connection for the parking monitor, and the other a key-on connection for the normal operations of the cameras
The wires come with modern plastic cased fuses. It is probably possible to jimmy up a connection, but just wondering if anyone has done something similar and how they did it.
Thanks Pete.

Did you found a workaround or a way to hardwire the charging?. I'm looking into the Wolfbox 12 inch rearview mirror dashcam + rear cam and I don't want to use the cigarette ligher. I gues I was thinking in making an auxiliary fuse box with modern fuses for some extra accesories I want to add to the car, like additional fog lamps and 12v fast charge USB for front and back.
