Help identify this part
Hi guys,

Currently restoring the front end of my 1983 W126 300SD. I found this part lying down between my injection pump and the oil dipstick. Can anyone identify it or at least know where it came from?
It's about 2.5-3.0" long...sorry the pic is so big. I don't see on here how I can make it smaller
