560 SEC oil change
Getting ready to do my first oil change, and I’m turning into my dad. I’ve learned more about oil additives and metallurgy in the last week than I’d ever planned. I’ve got a Mann filter and Valvoline VR1 20W-50. What does everyone else use?

I’m fond of Lubro Moly in the green bottle. Instantly quieted lash adjusters that would tick-tick when first started. Excellent for engine cleanliness. 20/50..... Live in a really hot climate? Your Mann filter is good. Be sure to replace the drain plug gasket and gasket at the end of the long bolt that goes through the oil filter.

...Been using 15/ 40 LM in my 126/103 .this contains the molidinum additive, resulting in a quieter engine at idle and a smooth acceleration, a subjective statement but most LM,liquimoly users will agree .
