Shoulder Belt trim
The vinyl trim on the B-pillar is loose around the shoulder belt adjusters. Should this simply be glued in place or is there a trim piece similar to the the rears?
I have looked in vain for pictures on the internet that show this detail.

The B-pillar covers are simply glued around to the backside of the covers. Over time, the material will come loose. Remove the covers by way of the two screws at the bottom, then gently slide upwards. You will also need to remove the belt mount on the floor to have the belt slide thru the opening. Find some high strength adhesive and reglue and clamp until fully cured.
This is only a moderate fix since the foam backing and adhesive have dried and deteriorated. Good luck.
