Hvac Pointers/Operation
Seems like my old account got snapped out if existence, so round 2.
89 420. Doing some testing, my hvac is a little wonky and i cant find info about unit operation, only how to fix and replace items for the hvac.
Im only worried about the heat part atm cause winter is here. It’s stuck on defrost most the time but im not worried bout that.
Doing testing with a thermometer. 40F outside
•Max heat, low fan speed-outermost defrost gets above 106F, inner gets about 100F, outside occupants vents, about 90F
•Max heat, Auto/Fast-outer defrost gets 92F, Inner is 88, occupants, 83F
As the temperature drops outside, the Auto/Fast gets colder too. But it sticks around 90 ish
Is this normal operation for the hvac controller? Just 90F all the time or is it supposed to give you full oven heat when in max?
