I cracked the housing on the main headlamp on a '90 300SE (stone it it on the hwy). it's the American version. What would you guys suggest is the cheapest way to replace? Find one online? New? Used? Is it hard to replace myself? Part #?

This is my sister's car and just trying to help her out as economically as possible. BTW, I own & drive a W210, but I believe the the W126 (which I borrowed for 2 weeks from her) is probably one of the most beautiful cars out there. Not that it wasn't nice to get back into my newer E-class, but there's something about the charachter of this classic Benz that is incomparable!

Which side do you need? I replaced mine with Euro so I have a pair of old US version sitting somewhere. PM me if you want.
