1990 300 no fuel?

1990 300 no fuel?
I have the oppotunity to buy a 90 300 pretty cheap, that hasn't run for about a month. Current owner says it was a gradual problem (over month or two), and now it cranks strong, but doesn't appear to be getting fuel. Any suggestions...could it be one of the fuel pumps' relays or both or ? Thanks
