Good luck
...with newsales; I've yet to see a fitment chart on there for MBZ cars. They do list specific rims (not these, naturally), but that's not what you're looking for.
I think those wheels would look great on your car. If you saw them on e-bay I was looking at them, too, but since the tires themselves are too large for the E, once the bidding got up there I decided to pass.
At any rate, those wheels will bolt up just fine (FYI, other than the G series the majority of MBZ wheels are interchangeable from C, E and S throughout the model years, although it gets nasty when you mix 12M lug designs and 14M lug designs).
That's only half the story, though, because it's very probable that you will need different lug bolts. Check the drop through on yours when you pull one off (i.e., how far do the bolt ends poke through on the inside when they are fully seated in the ball seat) and then drop it into the new one. If it's different, you'll need new lug bolts. Meausure the difference and you'll then know what to get. Prestige has the broadest assortment I've seen, but they're not exactly cheap, either. Check them out at www.prestigewheel.com.
Good luck and enjoy the ride,
Greg
