would W220 command work in another merc?
I am looking at buying a W220 command navigation system and retro fitting it into my centre console in my W140. I do have abit of space where I know I can get a custom center console made and fit this system into it. The question I want to ask is whether these command systems will still work if the are not connected to the w220 wiring? As in is it detected by the ECU in the W220 and then works? Or does it work independently? I need a reply as soon as anyone is feels they know something that may help!!!
