hi guys.i just traded my 2000 740 il and got 98 s320 with 47k miles on it.i took the car to a mechanic(independent,not mb dealer)for some service.the check engine light was on.comp showed misfire on cylinder,mechanic put new sparkplugs in it also i asked him to change oil,fuel filter,air filter.total cost of parts and labor 260$.was that expansive or good deal?i dont know much about prices for mb service,so maybe somebody can tell me if that mechanic is overcharging me or not.thanks guys.btw the quality of ride in s320 is .740 i had was

welcome to the family brother!! you got a pretty good deal,i use a MB tech that works for a Indy but has he own shop called Ero Spec,great guys and works well for me!
