Question How To Take Out Rear Seats????

hey guys,

I have taken out the rear seat bottoms and almost every bolti can find for the rear seat backs (in order to get access to the rear speaker shelf). Anyone know how to take off the upper portion of the rear back seat. I have gotten the two bolts in the middle below First aid kit, the two right below right and also two below left headrest. I EVEN loosened the three lower bolts on the seat back. the top portion STILL does not wnat to come loose. what in the world could it be? hidden bolt/screw? I do see two more screws on each side that attach the headrest but they look like they are attached to the actual seat back not the frame but its hard to really see. ANY ideas????

once i get the back off the rear speakers should unscrew and fall right out. any ideas???

You have to take out some trim panels on the side, especially If you have the electric seat back. I have a headrest that acts up, and my boys at MB did not give me the usual "piece of cake" on taking it out. Maybe you can get the speakers out by removing the panels covering them. The First-Aid kit is a start, on mine the panels slide with the seat back but can be snapped out (attached to the headrest assy)

i already took out first aid kit, the speaker grille covers, the bottom of the seat, the seat back, even the 6 bolts on top but still not able to do it. I'm gonna take it to professional stereo place, they said they would only charge $35 to take out the rear speakers which is a heck of a deal so i'll let yall know how that goes friday.
