What is that EC button?
I haven't been able to get hold of an owners manual for my W140.
Can anyone tell me what the EC button does on the Dual Climate control center panel. Red light comes on when pressed?

charcoal filter is a diff button...has some wavy arrows if i remember correctly. markku and s-clusiv have it - ec shuts off the compressor so only the fans run
EC is ECONOMY, which only runs the fan and not the compressor.
