anyone have this problem my sun shade is stuck in the up position and when i hit the switch it makes no noise at all???????????????

fuse or motor,check the fuse 1st.

how do you get to the motor to change or check it?

i dont have that feature on my car,but its most likely in the trunk on the sides behind the trunk carpet,fuse should be on the right side box in the trunk or under the hood on the left side box next to the wipers.

i thought all S class came with that as a standard, did they not?.
i'v never seen one without.

Not unless it was after 94 they became standard.
