1987 300SDL aka the "Money Pit"
1000SEL's are a very real and very rare W126. They were modified in the 80's to the owners specs. No two are alike some were stretched, some had real cool options like TV's, wet bars ect. Every once in awhile one pops up but since most are owned by royalty and oil sheiks they don't come up often.
Most cost well over $100k back in the 1980's.
However this car seems like a photo shop hack job.
1000SEL doesn't mean 10L engine they usually had standand 5.6L M117's. Unless the owner wanted something different.

Yes I know about the rare 100sel's....thats why i asked if thats a poser..whats the 1000 mean??? every other MB model go by they engine size...420sel(4.2 liter) 500sel(5.0 liter)...they are rare.
