Thank you.
I was talking to one of the wheel guys i know and was told that they machine the 12mm and make it fit the 14mm for the S, and the offset should not be a problem, what do you think>
what is the differance in the offset SL vs S?

well i went and put on the rims from the SL on the S, and the fit just fine.
the offset if different but looks ok and nothing is rubing.
i will need to put new tires on them since the have the wrong size for my car. I have till spring time to do that and have them refinished, i have my snows on now.

Did you try driving with passengers in the back?
Unless they rolled your rear fenders the wheels should be rubbing (staggered wheels R 9.5-10")
Wrong offset will affect the handling of your car.
