Electrical Gremlins

'92 300SE with following electrical gremlins:
1. cruise control doesn't work (did till I replaced a brake light)
2. ABS orange light comes on with first application of brakes
3. no voltage at glove box light
4. outside air temp indicator is very dim and only reads between 129 and 136F
5. rear head restraint release switch on console doesn't (but I can release head restraints by pulling a manual vacuum on lines leading to head restraints)
6. applying left turn indicator intermittently caused all the instrument gauges/warning lights to momentarily flash, then return to service
7. headlight windshield wipers don't
8. "flash to pass" high beam function doesn't work
9. rear seat HVAC does not blow conditioned air(hot or cold)

anybody out there with some time savers before I start dismantling things?

Thanks y

1. Turn signals don’t work
2. Gas gauge doesn’t work
3. Rear view camera doesn’t work
4. Locks do not lock/unlock.
5. Push to start doesn’t work.

this happened once before, but it went away after a night of being parked.
i think water is getting in somewhere.
any idea where the control module would be for those affected devices/features.
i figure it would be the best place to start looking.
thanks
