Seat Belt question on W140
Hey guys,
My rear right seat belt (92 600 SEL) decided not to extend more than an inch this morning and no matter what I can cannot get it to unlock. Has anybody seen this? Is there a trick to make it work again or do I need to change the whole assemble? Thanks.

Sometimes our rear passenger side seat belt gets stuck all the way out, meaning it won't automatically retract. By gently pushing the seat belt release button (the same one you would push in all the way to unbuckle your seat belt), we have been able to successfully retract the belt.
Perhaps trying the same thing will allow you to get your seat belt further out? I guess it's worth a try, as it won't hurt anything.
Good luck, and let us know how you end up fixing it.
