Hi,
I recently took my 500SEL in for a regular maintenance to the Mercedes Benz dealership. After receiving the car back, and driving it around for an entire week, I noticed that the car was not driving correctly. I opened up the hood and noticed that the AirFilter Hose was missing.
My question is, What can occur if I continue to drive this car without an Airfilter hose. And what major problems might I come across if I do not take it in for another Maintenance to fix this problem.

I asume you are talking about the foam covered flex hose fom the grill to the air cleaner (2). You should not have done anything since the filters are in the housing, did you get or find the hose?
