1992 - 500SEL
oil pressure
Mine sits somewhere between 1.5 - 2.0 but it has gone up a bit since i changed the oil.
Iam not sure what oil is the best but my car had all its life castrol GTX 20-50 and i was told not to change to synthetic as its too thin and old engines dont like change like that very much...

The MB dealer put in 5-50 the last time when they switched from normal to synth. My 92 500 SEL only has 90,000 and have had no problems, I tend to have higher oil pressure at idle and cold with synth.
