Power Seat
I have a 1998 S320, and think I might need a new power seat control panel. The passenger's side seat is having problems when trying to adjust the seat. The bottom parts work fine, in that they move as they should, but if you try to adjust the back of the seat or the headrest, no movement. At first I suspected something wrong with the seat, but when I try to adjust my seat using the 1, 2, 3 programming switches, everything moves fine.
Any suggestions? What parts I may need?

Had a VERY similar problem in my 97 E320 and all it took was disconnecting the battery for about 10 minutes and then reconnecting. In my E, the memory buttons worked for all movement, the seat back and forth were reversed (pushing forward moved the seat backwards), the back rest and headrest did not work at all. But, again, after the reset everything was fine.
