'98 CL600 v12 drops to 6?

have a '98 CL600 and it runs great for about 10 minutes until eng. temp reaches 80-90deg, then I loose a bank of 6 cylinders. Big drop in power, but it drives ok with low power. It is difficult to start until the engine cools again.

I recently replace all plugs, wires and ignition coils. Due to bad coils and misfires. Any ideas as to what this could be?

Thanks,
john
