Humming 90 to 100 KM

Hi All,

I have 96 S320 and there is a humming noise coming from under or rear of the car while driving. The noise gets louder between 90-100 KM speed. It goes away when I take my foot off the gas padel.
I have already flushed and filled with new Differential fluid and the noise remains.
Please let me know what you guys think this noise is.
