you have a 300se (3.2L), there wasn't any s320 until 94. you have a 722.5 transmission, so you need to buy a 722.5 at filter/pan gasket kit. you can use Dexron III in it, and it doesn't have to be synthetic. i would get mobil dexIII tranny fluid. also your torque converter has a drain plug, so you can get almost all of old fluid out. since your car is 16 years old, if the fluid has never been changed, i would change it, drive it for a week or so, and then drain it and change the fluid/filter again, since the new fluid will loosen some buildup in it and you don't want that in there.
