rear window shade s500

i put the rear window shade up,now it wont go down and the rear headrests will not work. any suggestion or advice would be appreciated. thanks

hello, since they both stopped working at the same time,, it would make me think that maybe a fuse that controls those went out..... i would check the fuses first.

If that's not the case then, as far as the sunshade is concerned - if you can still here the motor making a noise when you hit the switch it's most likely seized. It's quite a process getting these apart and re-oiling them. Mine's currently in the 'seized' state waiting for some work.
