W104 S500 Coupe
Spark Plugs question.
Has any one tried new Bosch PLATINUM plugs 2 ore 4 types?
I have experienced problems on my BMW 850 V12 using those.
Are they just waste of money ore make any difference on a 96 S500C?

i would go with the recomended ones only. tried everything and stickin to the origional ones only.

I have the BP 4 in my S600 they seem to be fine, haven’t had any problems as of yet.

Plugs
I have found Bosch+4 Platinums to work very well in older BMWs and Benz Models 94 and earlier, however I had a 1998 w202 in which I ran the +4s in on a regular basis, and it ran great! The 850 is a very high end car and the electrical systems in it may reject a hot plug of that nature. Its trial and error. If the engine rejects the 4s move down to the 2 or even a single electrode!

I have Bosch Ir+4 (new iridium plugs better than the Platinum +4) in a few cars, and they're fantastic.
