1994 S500
I am thinking about buying a 1994 S500 with 87000 miles, is there anything that I should be leary of? They are asking $19900.
Also I would like some feed back or whether to buy an S420 or an S500.

I love mercedes and all, but after having 2 s classes I have a different regard for mercedes when it comes to its esteemed reliability. When a mercedes broaches that 100k mark, that's when things start breaking down. But don't take my word it, you may have better luck.
The trick to owning a mercedes is to enjoy it when it has low miles and get rid of it before you get swamped with repeated maintenance problems.
