Hello,
The headliner fabric on the interior sliding sunroof panel (sunshade) has come loose in one corner. It is not real bad, but I would like to reglue the fabric before it gets bad. I think I could do a decent job with the panel in place, but would prefer to remove the sliding panel, glue it properly, and reinstall the panel. Any advise is welcome, and thanks in advance.
Thanks,
David Wilson

glass roof panel - I have no idea.
Solid roof panel - I know how.
Open the roof about 1/2 way. Using a putty knife or some thin flat wide blade insert between the trim panel and the metal frame of the roof panel. There are 4 or 5 attachment clips that must be released.
Slide the blade side to side until you bump into one of the clips. Rotate the blade to unsnap the clip - they just press in, but they're in there good.
Once all the clips have been released, pull down GENTLY on the panel and push it forward slightly.
Open the roof the rest of the way and you can pull the panel forwards and down out of the opening.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
Good luck.
