Is there a Fuel Distributor on a 1995 S320?

I am asking for a friend who's 'mechanic' can't seem to find one but I've heard from a source that the S320 didn't have a fuel distributor. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you mean a Bosch CIS fuel distributor, then no. The W140 uses a newer Bosch engine management system with sequential multiport fuel injection. There is a fuel "rail" (literally a metal pipe) that supplies fuel to all the injectors. Fuel delivery is via sequential injection rather than by continuous injection as in the old CIS system.
