Model sales data on MBUSA
For those that are interested, MBUSA's website now has U.S. sales figures for late 90's vehicles (they used to only have 95 and older).

I know. That number seems incredibly low. Makes them a lot more rare than my 98. I guess few people wanted to drop $137K on a car in the last year of production making it the "old" body style so quickly.

I can't help but wonder if some of the numbers - especially the 99's - are off. Seems like I've seen more than that many 99 CL's for sale on eBay, AutoTrader, etc... let alone driving down the road.
