I believe this has been worked over in prior threads - you should do a search.

Briefly, it depends if you want a sporty large car or a cushy large car. The have about the same power - the S55 has a little less torque but is lighter weight.

The S600 has some extra wood and leather and what-not you can't get on any other S.

I believe the S55 is a little cheaper - but if you can afford $110K then a few thou up or down shouldn't matter - get what you want!
