Help!!! Just got 95 S320 and have problems
I just got a 1995 S320 LWB. I took it out on the highway and noticed that the car is not stable at all. It wobbles when going over 65 on turns in the highway. Also when gear is shifting from 3-4 it slips into it. What should I expect to hear from a good mechanic for these issues???

Not stable how? Waving left to right, shaking over the road bumps???? I think you should look the WHOLE front end + engine bushes for a start. The rear end is bullet proof, but the front is prone to wear. Go to good alignment place and I am sure that they will let you know.
If you need some parts go to http://www.autohausaz.com good parts, very fast delivery and 50% off prices. I am sure that if you look around the forums you will find out that many members buying parts from them including me. Very happy so far.
Good luck and keep us posted.

Ken,
I wouldn't worry on the wobbling too much. It is most likely just an alignment issue like pavka007 mentioned. This is to do with the tires in most cases, (in others it could extend to axels but lets just hope not).
So check your tires, and get them aligned.
Sorry can't help you about the transmission. Just curious though, what do you mean by "slip into it" ?
